The event was a great success and we were happy to see so many of you there.

Children in Need

The Children had so much fun colouring in Pudsey for Children in Need. They had the opportunity to paint their face with a spotted eye patch and of course we made and decorated cookies.

Lest we Forget

The children had fun painting poppies for armistice day.

Bonfire Celebrations

For Bonfire celebrations this year each child had the opportunity to paint a bonfire picture, taste a hotdog and 'toast marshmallows on the fire'.

Halloween Fun

The children thoroughly enjoyed Halloween fun at Wishing Well Day Care in October. We dressed the window and made fun things with arts and crafts.

After that we played some games and had some party food.

We met the Postman

On our walk recently we were lucky enough to meet the local postman who was kind enough to spend some time chatting to the children.

He even let the children pose for a picture next to his van.

Baby & Toddler Stay and Play Sessions

Wishing Well Day Care are now running Baby & Toddler Stay and play sessions at Canley Community Centre.

These will run on a Thursday morning from 9.30 - 11.30 with tea and toast. We hope to see you all there.

Flooding Forces Nursery to Close

We recently made the headlines when our Day Care was forced to close after water had flooded the street and the nursery.

Unfortunately you all had to find alternative child care on that day. We thank you for your support at that time.

Tomato Growing

The children have been so excited this year seeing our tomato plants go from seeds to tomato's.

The children all helped in watering and pruning the plants to learn about growing their own food.

The reward for them all recently was a crop of juicy red tomato's.
